Personally, I would be really happy if the future edition provides a PLAYLIST function. Another pretty powerful feature is that one can open two windows from a single file-for example, the left window shows page 3 whereas the right window shows the page 7 of the same document, a truly powerful feature for side-by-side analysis of different segments of a single PDF. All these powerful functions can be done without eating up system resources. As far as annotation is concerned, one can use an open PDF page as if it is an open canvas inside Photoshop. Simple dragging any image into an open PDF page, in addition to editing/cropping/re-positioning of pre-existing images, is also super helpful, if one uses PDF files as a notebook. For example, you can very easily print only a certain portion of a page by simply removing other elements (figures, text, etc) to save ink. In particular, annotating and feature-editing is now remarkably powerful and reliable. In its new editions (2.X), PDF Expert has established truly praise-worthy feats in several fronts. I spend bulk of my time reading PDF files, while making heavy annotations on them. 5) Also, please bring back the option of white redacting, rather than only black redacting! Thank you for considering these ideas and for the conitinual work on this software! Show more 4) The custom stamps could be more flexible/customizable, and more user-friendly. This need would be somewhat solved by having automatic booklet printing, but would still be useful in other circumstances. 3) The ability to see larger pages in the page arranging view would be really helpful when I need to be able to see what's on the page to help organize them. (Right now I do this manually by rearranging the pages into the order that works for booklet printing, which is a time-consuming process.) 2) Along with this, having adjustable margins in the printing process would help so that the individual PDF pages which end up four to an 11x17 sheet could be adjusted as needed to be as large and readable as possible, rather than subject to pre-imposed margins by the printer or software or PDF document. Basically I like it and find it really helpful, but I have a few requests that would be enormously helpful and time-saving for me: 1) automatic booklet printing, with adjustable margins - this would let me automatically print documents double-sided on 11x17 paper in the correct order so that once the document is printed I could staple and fold the book and the actual page numbers would be in the correct order. I use this all the time for my job and for other purposes. Alexandra at Readdle was wonderful and I also want to give her 5 stars! After reading some of the other reviews, I want to add that I have been using this prgram about 1.5 years and so far the program has never crashed nor has any of my documents been corrupted. I have rarely seen such fast, professional and caring service. Although I purchased the app through the Apple App Store.I did have to contact the Readdle Customer Service with a minor update question. I could go on and on…but I think you get the message. I love how fast I can rearrange and/or delete pages within the document. No worries since I can fix all those issues with PDF Expert. My scanner sometimes scans blank pages or has them upside down. It’s so easy to merge the page(s) into the master document. I don’t use all the PDF Expert’s bells and whistles that the other reviewers mention, but I do scan all my household documents and receipts and important emails. However, since purchasing this program I have been amazed at what it can do and how easy it is to use! Not only does it do.not all.but a lot of what my expensive program did…. I had never heard of PDF Expert and was a little hesitant to purchase. I was using a very expensive PDF progam and needed to upgrade because it was not compatible with my Macbook Pro but I didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars.
